i have a 95 gt with an automatic. should i upgrade this and make it fast/good looking? or should i buy a fox body stang to do the same? or a 96+ 4.6 litre? please give me a reply with your pole vote to let me know why u answered the way u did. thanks :P

i say buy a fox but that is just my opinon just cause they weigh less which will help you go faster and they look better already then the 94-98 IMO but its you money and car so only you can decide

^^i agree. Fox's look better and cheaper to mod. but, its a '95, so its got the 5.0....just put her on a diet.......a HUGE diet and then mod it. take out stuff you dont need. or, just sell it, buy a Fox and mod that. but, the only reason id keep it would be b/c it is the last year of the 5.0. thats the only reason i like '94/'95's. but, like stang said, your money.

keep the '95 and mod it to the max as the parts for the 5.0 are lots cheaper right now relative to what's available for the mod motors. and putting it on a diet is good too, you wouldn't believe how much weight is in them for sound deadening. Remove lots of this stuff, it's easy to do and no one will know since most of it is hidden under the carpets and behind the side interior panels.

I say keep the '95. I have a 95 GT and love it. With me in it I weighed in at an even 3400, which isnt too much more than my dads 90 LX he tells me. Drop the smog pump and some other useless stuff and you're getting down there. I think it all comes down to which body style you like better, and I personally like the 94-98's. Just a note though...since you're posting in the 5.0 section, I wouldnt expect too many votes for the 4.6L.

well what it comes down to is one thing since they have the same motor.... do you want to have a "cool" 95 mustang, or do you want to be a chick magnet in a sweet a$$ foxbody mustang? i think 95+ are pretty weak in design

I say Fox Body. I like all the other styles of the stang but I could never see myself driving anything but a Fox.

Hey! How the hell do you figure they are the weak in design? Support your opinions, please! Come to Bowling Green Ky, Ill show you a weak design ! SN-95s have disk brakes all around, all kinds of the components are upgraded from the Fox body style. Most girls arent gonna think a Fox is pretty just because most of em dont have that passion for the car. I think most chicks like the newer, sleeker, smoother body style with all its rounded edges [sm=smiley20.gif]. Foxes are sweet but I love my 94.

i think the body style is ugly because of the front grill... its all jacked up, i wont even began with the tail lights... i think that the honda civic tail lights have a little more better style lmao, but a mustang is a mustang.... cant go wrong really.... i would say that a fox body with long tube headers and straight 3 inch pipe would make some ***** drippin wet if you ask me... it is a better body design IMO!!!
