i'm shooting for 500-600 BHP NA... but it won't be stock block or any thing... and i'll prolly fall pretty short of that mark, but i also plan on a FI set up so it'll be built for boost, so it'll wake up when it gets some

539 RWHP on a stock block and tranny? All N/A as well?
Okay, I found the post. It seems like he was claiming 573 RWHP, but he was saying that he achieved that with a 150 shot of nitrous. So if you subtract the 150 shot, that put him at 423RWHP all N/A. I'm still having a bit of trouble believe that given his mod list (shown below and omitting ones that aren't relevant)

T-5 Transmission rebuilt
Centerforce stage 2 Clutch
BBK fuel pump BIG
347 Stroker Motor built for a 24Lb Procharger Or Nitrous
Forged Crank
Forged pistons
1.7 ratio SVO A351 Roller rockers w/ Polylocks
Ford Roller Lifters
F303 Cam
9 n half to 1 compression Pump gas, Motor has always been on 92Octane
Set to 14degree timing
Fuccello's from New Jersey Custom 4inch exhust / 1 of a kind sound VERY DEEP
40 series Flowmasters
BBK Headers
Trickflow Upper and lower Intake portd polishd by cresap machine shop
Trickflow twisted edge heads portd polishd by cresap machine shop
BBK 70MM thottle body
BBK 75MM MAF
Moser cold air intake
K&N 12inch filter
30Lb Injectors
Ac eliminated
Smog elimintaed
March 5.0 under drive pulleys
Fuel regulater
MSD-6AL billet dis. blaster 3 coil
Autometer Electronic Fuel pressure Box
150HP nitrous dry kit
Tuned and dyno'd by Baltimore Street INC..
Given that list, i don't see how he went from about 190ish RWHP to 420 RWHP. we're basically talking a trickflow top end kit with some other minor mods on top of a 347. I can't see how he got numbers that high from that setup as listed. Then add the nitrous to that and I can't see how his block even help up to begin with! I don't know enough about to T-5 to say whether or not that could hold up to those numbers either.

Not to be a ***** or anything. It just doesn't make sense to me. I was only pushing 430 RWHP with a 100 shot of nitrous on top of 10 PSI of boost.

I never reached 500RWHP. Probably not going to until I get a better block and tranny. Best I reached was 430 RWHP (that was with 100-shot of nitrous and that was before the H/C/I swap.) Times were usually mid 11's.

True, some cars mae be able to reach into the 10's with 450 RWHP, but don't forget... this is an SN95. Not only that, it's a convertible. So were talking a 3451lb curb weight.I did shed some pounds, but not enough.

430 RWHP plus 3100ish pounds = mid to high 11s.

The 500rwhp was direct to wheelliftnphony.

He also drives a fox so he doesn't need as much hp as you sn95 guys do. rsw007 runs mid 11's with 300+rwhp.

its not that hard to get 350+ RWHP outta just a 347 with some nice heads, i built a 347 w/ je pistons, RHS 200 heads, RPM II intake, scat h beams and crank, 80mm pro-m 42#ers, crane hi 6, comp XE282HR and i put down 373RWHP and 427lb ft TQ on my 8.5:1 comp engine, boost is coming soon, i should see somewhere inthe high 500s to low 600s in RWHP mark that should get me easily into the low 10s or high 9s
