does this fit? OR what kind of Modifications are necessary?

yea it fits, but make sure its the pi application and not the 1996-1998 4.6

a 4.6 with gears tires in our car the pi motor now, not non-pi. youd almost break 12's.

well lets say this if you could break 12's with our motors, with just a good bit of suspension and gears imagine what 30 more hp and 50-60 lbs. lighter would bring
