I went with the Mickey Thompson ET streets on my old 87 LX that was puttin out around 270 rwhp on the street i could drop the clutch round 4000 and it would only chirp themin first gear with 30psi but when i went to the track i forgot my air bubble and couldn't drop my air pressure so needless 2 say i couldn't drop my clutch at all otherwise i would just spin , so 30psion ET streets at the trackis not a good combination but if i would of dropped the pressure down too around 17-18psi it would of been a different story as i found out later.

I launched at 5K with a stock motor and g-force DR's and didnt spin even a little, it just went. I pulled a 1.84 60' all stock except for 3:73 gears and the DR's. you just gotta make sure that you heat them up good.

ORIGINAL: dimebag

im gettin a set in the next month... i dont trust the stock axles... im ordering better ones at the same time. i also plan to run at the track, on DRs once a week atleast.
You definatly dont have anything to worry about if your running 14s. I run low 12s on motor (thats not with my nitrous that I use too) and I have stock axles. You would be wasting your money buying new axles at this point.
