UPDATED...SAWED THE M'FER IN 2 <PICS>
I decided with my spare time this winter I was going to port my intake, upper and lower, to the max to see what I can get out of it. I started by sawing the upper in 2 so I could get at the ports and knife the edges and polish. I also had to open up the T/B side to fit my new 70mm t/b.It is almost ready to be welded back together...just need to polish it up more. I also welded my lower intake on the top and bottomso I could straigthen out the front 2 runners.... no pictures yet. I will keep you all posted and tell you guys how much it helps. I am trying to best my best times..13.7 at 105mph. I hope I see something, but if I don't, O-well. Plan on getting a new one anyway.

Hope it works out for ya. Have you deleted the EGR? The spacer is 58mm I believe, it can only safely go to about 65mm, so if you're running bigger ports than that it'll be a bottle neck

The stock spacer is gone...I did have a nice BBK 70mmspacer, but I deleted my EGR a while back and now have made a nice spacer (EGR delete), ported to match the intake(about 75mm). So I ditched the BBK and went with my own stuff I made.

Without some heads and a big cam or a blower you won't see anything from that. You might actually lose hp due to less velocity. Flow is great but if the air is moving really slow it's bad. Hope I am wrong and you see a gain.
