Hey guys wazz up?....I have a shifting problem...I have a 5spd...When i drive the car normal the car shift's fine....But when i power shift from 1 to 2 like it won't go in..It take's about a secound go in...And when i shift to 3rd it grinds a little...what you guys think it might be................

u shouldnt really be power shifting becuz thats tearing the **** outta the T-5

holy hell i have the same problem. i am now patiently waiting along side 5.0Notch for the answer, cuz i'm too lazy to diagnose it.

Note: i am not power shifting, just normal but quickly

I don't do it all the time.....But i know it's not supposed to do that.........

isnt it the sencro gear? i herd they are really ****ty in 2ng gear. i herd you can take the gears out and notch them more soits easier to go in...i herd it works really good but ive never actually done it

Yeah mine kind of does the same thing when i dont really let the clutch spin down usually just from 1-2, but I have never power ****fed, IMO i dont think a manual tranny is meant to shift without a clutch, hell whats it for then if you dont use it?

Thats called a crash box. I wouldn't do it, you wont like it for street use.

I'm not talking about shifting without the clutch i'm talking about not letting your foot off the gas......i would never try to shift without the clutch
