how do you remove the fuel injectors on a 90 GT, 302, 5.0l?

I am mechanically inclined, just not mechanically skilled. But learning is what it's all about.

they're only held into the intake with o-rings, the fuel rail is bolted down so they dont move. unbolt the fuel rail, and they pull out.

well we can help on the latter...don't be defensive if your don't know just ask
remove intake hose..connected from maf to t/b
remove egr hose
remove throttle linkage

take off upper intake
relieve fuel pressure
remove I think 2 screws hold them
remove front clamp.. the rubber line to the steel line
remove fuel rail from injuctor by slighty pulling upward
I think I got it right.....

When you put them back in be sure to coat the rubber o-rings on top and bottom with some engine grease or motor oil
