Default Manifold flow comparison

How well does the 93 cobra 5.0 manifold flow compared to the HO?
also, are the GT40 and cobra lower intake manifolds the same, they look identical and interchangeable.
one more thing, how does the GT40 flow compared to the well known names like trickflow track heat or edelbrock performers?

thanks for the help.

yea i think the gt40 and cobra manifolds are close. Ive read a few articles on the gt40, how it kinda dies after u hit high rpm unlike others like trickflow...im not sure if its true. The gt40 seems to be the most expensive, ive seen it for $660 new. As for edelbrock vs trickflow...i would like to know which is a better bang for your buck..

i just got some trick flows in the mail the other day, and i got a 1 inch spacer, and im buying a 70mm throttle body tonight.... the cobra seems to stop giving enough air when it hits around 6k or 6.5k or somethin like that, as the trick flow's make as much as the cobra on lower rpm, and more on higher rpm.... somethin like that.... you should check out the gt40 uppers though, they look better i think

will at 6 k that's it it really quit pulling several 100 rpms before it..the cam/heads dictate rpm range more than any intake......match porting with help even a stock intake with a 1" spacer

why not buy a used gt40.. it by far is the best looking intake out there after all these year..I use it....the professional products works well and you can get a polished one for around 300.00

the trick flow looks pretty good too.... and its also a good one to go with.... i like the looks of the gt40 because the runners are individual tubes, it looks cool..... and yes the lower gt40 is the correct lower for the upper gt40/cobra, its the same thing
