Default spring help

the suspension system on my car has just about had it(has never been changed and it's a 1990 lx 5.0). i'm not looking for much of an improvement over the current stuff(when it was new). the car is a daily driver and not used for racing or anything like that so i want to maintain ride quality. i found a kit on 50resto that includes kyb shocks and struts and steeda sport springs for about $390 which is pretty good but the steeda springs are a little pricey compared to ford racing springs. this is the difference between b and c springs.

PART NUMBER MODEL YEAR AMOUNT LOWERED (V-8) SPRING RATES (LB./IN.)
FRONT REAR FRONT REAR
M-5300-B 6 1979-04 5 .875" 1 .5" 2 425/530 200/300 <-----B
M-5300-C 6 1979-04 5 .875" 1 .5" 2 650 200/300 <-----C

i was wondering if anyone has any opinions to which out of the these would be better for my application and how they compare to the steeda sport springs. again i am just looking to replace the stock equipment with something slightly better but not too much. thank you everyone!
