I am buying an 86 LX 5.0 What size rear end does that car have?

there might still be the tag on the axle cover if not then you can count the cover bolts and go off that and shape off it and go to richmond site and that will have pictures of each cover gasket and bolts in the cover.

Thanks. Does that rear end have a center section like the 9 in. or does it have a cover on the back? What gear ratios are you all running? And how do they seem to do driving on the street?

It should have a cover on the back. Its not a quick change like a 9in is.
