One more thought, i would think a clogged cat would affect it cold also, i understand that when its warm things expand, there would be a bigger posibilty though, not saying that its not the cat, b/c its a very good thought and would cause his problem

loosen the exhaust at the header flange just enough to let exhaust escape re- test when warm, . No CEL is a good indicator.
a bad cat can do some sick twisted things. ill not go there on Monday

They made you replace the O2's w/out any O2 related failure codes (41,91,42,92)....
they sould be liable for that misdiagnosis.....and you could have tested them by forcing a permanent open loop condition by simply disconnecting them......anyway, back to the problem...
It doesn't rev past 3k when hot....right?.....remove the SPOUT connector from the TFI module connector and check if it does rev past 3k rpms.......the SPOUT connector is something like
by the ignition module.
How does the tachometer reading reacts?....does it jump up and down erratically?.....

joel, can you help me find out exactly where the spout connector is at im having a little trouble locating it. In general joel when i floor it and hit about 3k, it will bounce hard between 3k to 4k very erratically.
just talked to them and they said they didnt have "hard codes" relating to the o2 sensors but they had stored codes meaning they needed to be replaced whether that was the issue or not. Either way im going to go out and look for the spout connector and remove it if i can find it, thanks for the help thus far.

.... JK, the O2 sensor codes stored in memory, could have been caused by something else affecting the A/F....besides, they can be tested individually to make sure they are within specs.....anyway, if they were old, think of it as "preventive maintenance"......
