Default battery relocation question

im dropping my tank this weekend to remove my nitrouse bottle and i have the perfect oppertunity to relocate my battery back there so im already over there and ill have alot of room to work. my question is, do i have to have a kill switch if i relocate my battery? i no i dont need one but on a lot of the discriptions for them it says thats its required if u relocate ur battery at all drag strips. does this meen that if i go to any drag strip juss to race for fun and i dont have a kill switch they wont let me race, or does it juss meen that if i dont have a kill switch i cant compete in events and race.

They will not let you run, without the battery shutoff switch sticking out the back and HAS to be visable.
I'll snap some pics of what Mine looks like later.
It's sticking out where the license plate is, in the bottom left hand side of it.
The plate blocks it and looks completely normal when driving on the street.
But I just take the plate off when at the track.
