does that include the axle or does it connect to my axle ...sorry not familiar w/ the assembly
Axle as it rear? No, that was for the front stuff only. The rear axles would be more. The kit from 50 resto limits what wheels you can run. That would determine the available wheels to fit that type conversion.

In the rear, can't you run (2) left side Ranger axles for the 5 lug swap?

I've finally got all the parts I need for a 5 lug swap.
I'll have spent over $800 to do it once its all done.
Parts:
$210 for four '03 v6 wheels
$210 for the front spindles and calipers and brackets
$6 for the balljoint spacers (www.breezeautomotive.com)
$8 for the brake line adapter (passenger side)
$25 for front pads
$90 for two rotors
$65 for two Ranger drums
$80 for two Ranger axles
$39 for 20 lug nuts (I needed acorn nuts and I have open nuts now)
$7 for caliper spray paint (silver)

Parts total- $740

When its done Ill have to get a front end alignment which is about $65.
Also:
brake fluid- $4
dismount, mount and balance tires $65 (I might be able to mount them at my friends garage but he doesnt have a balancer)
2 quarts of gear lube- $20
friction modifier for rear- $8

total- $97

Grand total (estimated)- $837
That doesnt include parts I might need like new balljoints and tie rod ends.

I got some weird looks and questions when I went to/called junkyards about the axles.
