Default straight 6 or efi 5.0

my friend has a 84 foxbody that he will sell me and he hasalso got a straight 6 and efi 5.0 the straight 6 modified a little and the 5.0 is stock except for the heads what would be the best way to go??

if anyone is lookin at this could ya help me out i new to the mustang world and was wonderin what motor would be less expenivse to build up later on down the road when i get more money and i would like it very much if someone could help me out real quick cause i think were puttin the motor in this weekend im not tryin to sound like an ******* in just goin cazy without a car thanks for anyone who gives me any advise

Ok does the concord have anything to do with this story? It makes the story confusing but if your building the mustang Id go with the 5.0 because it fits? lol and the straight 6 is for a pickup or full size bronco not a mustang

b/c the straight 6's will last forever and have more torque than our beloved 5.0's. that being said they have no power, the 5.0 all the way

ok i didnt mean to **** you guys off with this question i was just wondering what one would be cheaper down the road becasue i dont have alot of money and the straight 6 will come with the car but ill have to pay for the 5.0 and i dont have much money so im sorry if i pissed you off i just wanted to know what would be cheaper to bulid up later on down the road
