SSKILLER TWIN TURBO BUILD
Hey guys.....................
Just wanted to let you know that the turbo project is FINALLY starting. I am collecting the pieces as we speak. I just got the intercooler, and electric fan. Next week I am getting the A/N fittings and silicone elbows. I sent in my Powerjunk Supercharger to be fixed. When I get that back I am trading my friend the head unit for a Pro-Form through maf and 42 pound injectors. After that cold and then the hot side, add a BOV and she will be done. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks.
However in that time period, I am putting a second stage of nitrous to the car with junk laying around the garage...............giddy up.

No the car is still all together and running. It is my daily driver. I am going to collect everything first and then build. I am using my friends wrecked mustang for all the mock up work. I got the electric fan from a Taurus. It is the two speed large fan. I was given the intercooler from a Volvo 750 turbo. So no pics of that........however when the elbows and various other parts trickle in I will post pictures. Also I will do a complete documented build up. From build to dyno.

Also, what kind of block do you have and how much boost do you plan on running? TT + nitrous sounds like a time bomb on a stockblock (if that's what you have). What else do you have done to that motor?

The first stage will be 125 shot. The second stage will be a 225 shot. I will not use both at the same time. The second stage will be there just in case I need it. With the suspension under the car and with my Drag Radials that aren't many ppl in my area that can mess with me from a dig.
The Nitrous is only on the car for the duration of the build. The Twin Turbo setup will not have nitrous going through the motor. It will be used to freeze the intercooler.
