Post what's wrong with your car!
I thought this would be interesting...post what's wrong with your car, even the little stuff. Mine:
1) Speedo cable chirps like crazy.
2) Rust starting on the bottoms of the doors (on the inside).
3) Hatch is loose and rattles at idle and under deceleration in gear in a certain rpm range.
4) My fog lights have a short in them and they pop fuses as soon as you turn them on.
5) The cushioning inside my drivers seat is next to shot.
6) Every once in a while the idle shoots up to 2500rpm and hovers there.
7) My power steering pump is on its death bed (doesn't like 6,000rpm).
I'm sure I'm forgetting some...will add as I go on.

where to start....
1) the hatch refuses to shut unless slammed, and it wont shut even then sometimes
2) two little rust spots that are going to have to be addressed
3)the idle still surges, and if not feathered the car will die when put into gear
4)i dont have any armrests on the doors
5)its too damn slow!
I could probably go on for days about little things that bother me, but those are the major things i can think of right now

needs paint.. just put a tranny in last night but everything else is great no problems.. no rattles..
the problem with the foglights is easy to fix i had same problem wire was overheating.. theres a write up somewhere talking about itsaid that ford usedtoo small a gage of wire.. the way i fixed it before i read the article is wire the fogs up to a relay... then for a trigger for the relayuse the stock fog light switch... and bingo you can use your fogs at anytime without having headlights on all you have to do is turn the stock fog light switch on.. but the ironic thing is after i fixed it i found the aritcle i talked about above and they said that the way to fix it was with a relay....i run them all the time when its dark and when its raining.. no issues at all there great...

Not to nit pick but sounds like some of you guys have little problems that could be fixed very easily.
my porblems
engine cuts out when its cold(i just let it warm up)
leakin oil from the lower intake gasket
have no pcv system yet
and other little things, nothign huge

1. 2nd gear syncro is on its way out.
2. Water pump leaks a bit, im putting a new one on next week.
3. Minor gear whine from the Motive 3.73s[:@]
4. Minor body work
5. Rear defroster doesnt work
6. No E- brake
7. It doesnt have a 393 in it

haha yeah the heater core is the most agravating job on a fox beside the manual tranny swap and i all ready did the core once about 1.5yrs ago
