well i got the 1987 mustang gt hatchback that i've been wanting for a few weeks now. its a 5 spd, interior can use a good cleaning. gray interior will have to replace a few things. it will need new door handles. it hasen't ran in about a year the guy said, no water in the oil and no carbon build up or anything its actually fairly clean under the hood. hopefully this weekend when i get a chance to change the oil and stuff like that, give it a good tune up and try to crank her. i don't think its bad for only $1200. heres a picture that i just snapped before i came into the house. so excited, hopefully have her running by the weekend!

Congrats man. I bet you are so excited. I wish I could find an auto that cheap for the wife. Best advice is not to get in a hurry, you will see hundreds of things you want to do to it. Take your time and get it running good first. The free things like cleaning are the first to do. Now go change the oil I am sure you have a light and it is only 9:53 p.m. You gotta be dedicated to own and work on a stang!
