go with the dart IE all 4 bolt main not that sportsman it only costs a little more to go first class and it is cheap insurance on your baby!
A little crazy to spend the additional $500.00 bucks on a block that you don't need. I have supported 750hp on a FR 4blt main Windsor. I guess if you feel like you need to buy a Dart or Man-O-War that is fine, but it is a bit rediculous for the kind of numbers most people will actually make on a street driven car.

yes i agree if you dont need it dont buy it buy dont cry when you spend 1800$ on a block and put a lil boost to it,, get addicted and want more and then split it in half,,

I agree. But I have never in 18 years of racing so far, seen anyone split a Motorsports 4blt main block. Not saying it is impossible, but not likely. People normally overkill to say they did not because it was needed or prudent. But to each his own, perhaps research into what compnents are actually capable of should come before brand name. Me, I don't see somebody reaching the 750hp mark and deciding they want a whole lot more, there are some but rare. There are few on here that I have chatted with that have ever sunk into the nines. I have and never split a block, I have actually broken cranks with nothing more that bearing damage. So tomato tamato. Meh who cares.

Cool, good to see more turbo people, they have been elusive at best, almost like rocket science. I see a lot of people stray away from turbos, myself included but DAYUM do they lay down some numbers. You could possibly hit well into 600+rwhp...yes?

That's what the fu(k I'm talking about! I am heading for that myself this time around also, but with blower. 408ci as usual forged lower, 225 full cnc heads, sheet metal intake, blower that take a Maytag intercooler (LOL) and a shot of scotch before each pass.

Hey like I stated earlier...they are great...period. BUt just really gaining the notariety they deserve, and really just gaining a street mentality so far as people that are actually working on them. There was a time when people wouldn't touch a Fox with turbo's except in rare cases. So my props to you, I cannot wait to see some pics of you blowing up staging with that thang
