basically..

drop exhaust
drop driveshaft
drop crossmember
then the trans
then bell housing
then your looking at your flywheel, clutch, and pres. plate...

thats basically it... w. out alota the lil **** inbetween, like the starter, etc...

i jus installed a KC bout3 months ago an luv it. Also replaced the rear main seal an bought the steeda triax shifter. Car shifts great now.

also...very important...i forgot about it...check/change the throwout bearing retainer...they are cheap...$40 and that is the steel cobra one

zoom blah thats just a stock replacement and i went through mine in about 15 months wasnt very good i like my new centerforce it was pricy though but i love it havent really driven too much on it though because the car isnt registered or insured

I thought taking my tranny out was gonna be a little difficult but it was so damn easy, installing my exhaust gave me a way harder time.

ok well ive done the entire top end of my engine, how is this gunna compare if i have one other person to help???? also do i need any special tools?? if this is something i cna do ill get my car back within the next week after initially having to sell it so that would be cool. i ordered a spec stage 2 hope its a good one!

centerforce dual friction...i test drove a couple cars with king cobra clutch and with an adjustable clutch quadrant and all the other stuff in there it sucks to drive. if youre not gonna do anythign other than replace the clutch and supporting items do a centerforce
