Default ahh performance

I have a 92 5.0 H.O. thunderbird completely stock.. these are my ?s

for dual exhaust like i have now... do i go with 2 flowmaster 40s or go with a single dual chamber?
do i really need to replace the headers? what if i just ran 2.5 pipe from the headers to the flowmaster(s) with no cats?
is there any other manual valve bodies for the aod other than lentech? im looking for 1-2-3 and elec OD defeat for under $200
does anyone know of an 8.8 rear diff that has 3.73 gears stock? i was thinking maybe the 2002 explorer?? i have rear cv shafts
does any one know if this 3200 rpm torque converter is any good? the price looks good but i don't want it to crap out on me
any thoughts on this trany cooler? i know its cheap but i figure its better than nothing.. should help with cooling anyway
and lastly...the smog pump.. do i just get a smaller belt and say frig it? what about the lines going to it?? do i disconnect and seal them off?

these are the only mods im going to have... im not looking to race just for a little more performance
i do drive quite aggressively at times but not too often, any help or advice is greatly appreciated

take your time and never get involved in doing more then two things at once or you will get overwhelmed mentally or financially like me. Trans cooler up there aint no good, i would only buy a convertor brand new from place like summitbecause there is no way to check and see if there any good until after its in. Any ford truck would be best bet to find 3.73 gears, but id just buy new set i got my richmonds brand new for under 200.
