need help with sub frame connectors

can anyone please help me, im trying to weld in my full length sub frame connectors and i was wondering witch side of the frame rail do i weld in the rear and if i need to weld the other side in the front where there isnt a plate? i cant find out anywhere thanks.

you need to weld anywhere the connectors touch the sub frame

so both sides on the rear then? and the engine side on the front?

yeh they are the maximum motorsports ones. i got them welded were the plates are but then the instructions didnt really clarify where all to weld at and i couldnt find pictures of what i needed in a magazine either. i feel dumb but i just needed to know.i avnt put the seat braces in yet either when i go back outside im going to
