well as of now i have heads cam intake and so on with the supporting mods. the heads are trickflow twisted wedge heads and street heat manifolds. what would be a good stroker kit to run on that with the occasional nitrous maybe SC in the future?? what else would i need besides one of those kits?

Personally I would be running a 347 street fighter, cast steel crank kit. No need for a steel crank in a stock block. Pistons are cut for either tfs or inline heads. You will have to notch the bottom of the cylinder, make sure there is .060-.070 thou clearance between the rod bolt and the bottom of the cylinder. Have it balanced like any rotating assembly, build it like any other 302, make 400-450 N/A depending on tune and final combination

The pro street kits consist of an H beam or lightweight I beam rod and forged steel crank, they are used when NOT using a stock block. A stock block does not care if it takes a 40 dollar replacement stock crank or a 2000 dollar bryant billet crank. 90% of my guys notch the block at home with a dremel, its simple. As for times, et's? I couldnt begin to tell you unless you gave me a luandry list about your car, and then its still vague. PLENTY of guys have gone mid 11's with a full car weighing 3000+ lbs. Hell you can get a 3000lb mustang to go low 12's with 300hp at the crank if you know what your doing.
