Is it possible to take the front bumper off a 4 eye mustang and put a 87-93 bumper on? I firgure it probably is, but how hard is it? I realize I'll prolly have to mod the light switch and all that. I'm just askin how many hours I have to put into it, or if it needs major fabrification.

Bought mine that way 86 with 87 front end i like the later front end but alot like the four eyes... just personal preference i guess. Doesnt look too bad to do just alot of pieces

dont do it... i have an 88 and i love the way it looks, but the four eyes are becoming rare and they look good as well. my next one is going to be a four eye with t tops. i get excited just thinking about it, anyways if you want a 87-93 go buy one and sell the one you have dont ruin it

u will need the fenders hood header panel the front bumper the headlights and a bracing (cant think of the exact name right now)

but i am going to do the same thing to my 86 just waiting on money.

Keep it a 4-eyed fox dude. those sealed beam halogens have a certian charm that no other car could duplicate. there is just something about them that make them special. I love the way my '86 looks with 4-eyes, I wouldnt change it for the world.

I agree with 88stang5.0GT, I lovemy t-roof. popping them off give you a new feeling behind the wheel, plus all the looks you get at gas stations, since there arent many t-top cars left floating around. Ive only seen one other one up where I live in northeast PA.

keep the 4 eyes if you didnt want it in the first place then you shouldnt have bought it same if you got the new front end foxes 4 eyes are getting very rare dont ruin them like that
