wondering if this electric supercharger will work ?

i was going thru ebay looking for supercharchers and i ran thru this so called electric charger but i dont know if this will work it sounds to good to be truth...lol what do u guys think here the link....

hahaha that's true it will be good to save it for gas....lol but im realy thinking on buying a supercharger so do u guys think i will be able to do it my self or will it take alot experience to that ?
