Has anyone ever tried to test the difference at the track?

 

we set my timing at 16* after about three weeks it started to kill over at 4000 so i was thinking my filter or something else was the problem so my friend decided to nock the timing back just to see if it made a difference i am at 12* now and it is stronger than the day i got it and i was running 93 octane but it does depend considering what maf and fuel injectors and all that to know what you need

 

i ran 18 and was going to go to 19

 

I run 20* with 89 octane.

anything over 12*=detonation for me
