what are the 86 quater panel things?
what are the things on the 86 quarter panels? its a like a louver type thing.. well i was wondering if anyone knows if they look good on a 89 since the head lights are different.

ok moldings do you know if they would look good on a 89 with the different front end? and how are they attached to the quarter window? is there anyway i can take them off and put on my car?

I would think youd need to swap the whole 1/4 windows.
Im not sure how they would look. Im pretty sure some of the guys that converted 4 eye cars to '87+ still have the old 1/4 windows and moldings though.

That is correct, you have to have a metal frame that goes around a Smaller Window and then the louver bolts up to side of it with about 4 or 5 bolts. DOES NOT LOOK GOOD even on an 85-86 model. I went out and bought '87-93 style Quarter Windows for my 4-eye. Looks alot cleaner!
