really? cause ive had solid ones for a few years now with no problems. breaking a stock k member must be a pretty neat trick..especially as thick and beasty as they are.

I have solid mounts too, but my car isnt a street car. The vibration can be a bit much, but its not too bad. My CD player doesnt really work without skipping, and you have to watch out for loose nuts and bolts. On the plus side though, you dont need an engine ground strap(lol).

Buy the Energy Suspension Mounts. Get the engine and tranny combo.

The way I have checked for a bad motor mount was have someone put the car in gear , hold the brakes and watch to see if the motor would move around all crazy like.
