to clean up my engine bay i simply removed the engine...my wife pushes me and the car around now....at the track she can't push it much faster than 14.0 in the 1/4 though.

My engine is carb. and i ran all the wires through the fenders and the headlights through the front bumper. Plus the car has no heat or ac so that made some extra room too. I even put the starter relay where the cumputer used to be under the dash, battery in the trunk and ignition near the starter relay. The only wires that i have under the hood are the spark plug wires, power and ground to electric fan and the wires coming from the alternator, everything else is pretty much hidden.
can you post how your wife trains for that?and what does the car weigh now?thank you for your time.

There needs to be a 1st Annual Wife Racing event. Title for Title..lol
Mine runs high 15's in the quarter, I'm shopping ebay for power adders though.
We expect to be in the 13's for the spring opener at the local strip!
