That almost sounds like a bearing take a dump possibly in the charger itself with the way it has a hollow echo to it but I can't be certain. I would probe around with a stethascope to pin point the noise if I was you. My buddy had a similar noise on his 93 cobra with the same charger and that noise was his bearing.

have you tried taking off the belt of the charger and seeing if it still makes the noise? To me it sounds what the others have said about a bearing...I hear it somtimes it sounds really rough...but to pin point it I couldn't tell you...But I would try taking the belt off the charger to get that out of the way....good luck
