I have to get it back on the dyno soon, but it's in the body shop right now for new paint...Once I do I will post up my sheet.

ok sounds like im going with the GT40 heads and intake ported by thumper, a B cam( any other ideas welcome), 70mm t/b, 76 mm MAF, 331 stroker kit, 24lb inj,and all the parts in my sig....hope to see very low 13s on motorwith this car on UPR's race suspension and their tubular k member, drag springs, drag shocks, and a Mickey thompson drag radial...think im just dreaming or are low 13s possible?

a custom cam from jay allen @ camshaftinovations.com would do you better.. little pricey at 400 bucks for the cam but it will be worth it.and with all that you are planning, i dont see why 12's would be out of the question... throw a 100 shot of the laughing gas on it and wave hello to 11's.[sm=hiya.gif]

studded no port work unmatched cam hurricane intake...3300lb car....guess what? it runs 11.19 at 119mph!...stock bottom end also

there's a majority here who won't believe it...i know the source so i don't care....a monkey can turn a wrench,but they can't select a h/c/i combo

I'm not sure "unmatched" is totally correct here. I think his words were "retarded grind". But I think he knew what he was doing when he chose it. Was it that heavy too? I knew it wasn't light, but I wasn't thinking a full 3300lbs.

No matter, you CANNOT hold us mere mortals to those standards. He has an unfair advantage. He's the man.

Don't call BS. You'll be sorry.

Here's the combo:

ORIGINAL: secret

Still a stone stock s/b sans the rings and bearings. The stock GT-40's that have been converted to stud mount. Some people see this as a non stock head. Ya, whatever. Its your excuse to discredit this. Holley lower. Hurricane upper. 90mm TB. 24# injectors. 1 5/8 LT with 2.5" exhaust. 38* of timing. The camshaft is a retarded grind. Even if I told you, you wouldn't believe me.

But we have a new best. 11.19 at 119.63.

i seen a car run a 12.3 with e7 heads 1.7 rockers - stock cam - cobra intake -- 70mm t body -- 30 lb injectors - on a 302 it will eventually fall into suspension work if you want times but if you want power just have a bottom end that can support a blower or spray

the prob is that u cant go on just flow numbers from a bench, the heads flow well and make good poewr thats for sure, but i will bet u money taht u slap a stock set of afrs and the thumper ported gt40s and the afrs will make more power and go faster on the same combo then the gt40s
ORIGINAL: frdmstng1986GT

trust me, with thumper ported gt-40's and the port matched gt-40E intake and a trickflow stage 1 cam and all the bolt ons you will see 300hp at the wheels with a conservative tune. thumper gt-40's WILL out-flow out of the box afr 165's without loseing any velocity.
