well what he meant was that if u dont replace the timing chain that u can do it but it will die soon once the motor is together u will have to take it apart again. if u got the money to do all that then a new timing gear and chain is no prob, get a kit a cam kit it comes wit springs timing chain and gear, seats, etc. from comp cams. the xe294h is a kit i suggest u check out.
not the best idea either. unless they are relatively new
