RE: which nitrous system
I have absolutely no experience with nitrous, but from what I've read in this forum, a dry kit is alot easier to install.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. (which i probably am) I think the wet kit means it also adds extra fuel when you give it a shot of nitrous.

RE: which nitrous system
i love nitrous..i know how to install even the most complex systems, i just did not know which is better the wet or the dry...i plan on a 150 shot so i probaly will go with a wet system that bolts between the throttle body ...

RE: which nitrous system
i have thought about that...i wouwld prefer to use a dry system and let the computer do the fuel. if i try a 150 shot than what injectors are need ed..i will upgrade to atleast a 190 pump..

Currently, you will have a vacuum line that comes off of the bottom of the upper intake that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. When you install the NOS kit, this is where the bypass tee will go. You remove the line from the fuel pressure regulator and attach it to one side of the tee. Then a new vacuum line come off the bottom of the tee (where the jet is) and attaches to the fpr. The other side of the tee is connected to the nitrous regulator at the solenoids. When the microswitch triggers that solenoids to activate, the vacuum pressure is forced through the bypass jet and into the fpr, effectively raising your fuel pressure.
Also, a Hobb's (fuel pressure safety) switch is installed in the Schraeder valve on the fuel line. The solenoids are wired into this switch. This switch will only allow nitrous to be introduced into the engine once the feul pressure has reached at least 55psi. This will help avoind the few nonoseconds that you could run lean before the fuel pressure is in that range if you were to run the kit without the switch.
