hmmmmmmm so sould i buy an off the shelf cam for now while i run N/A and buy a custom grind after i get my supercharger, or just get dish pistons and run a high compression? i plan on running 93 octane anyway...

Get real. A pump gas 408 should go 9s N/A. Once you have it, you're not going to buy a $4k blower for a 408. By the time you have that much money, you'll have grown up and not want the KB. Buy a custom cam to begin with.

Yea, neither are mine. Not trying to put you down or anything I just dont think alot of people realize how much money it takes to build those kind of setup's. If you got the cash, more power to ya!

oh and im not so sure im gonna end up getting the supercharger after all... and if i do i'll just buy a new cam at the time... would dish or flattop give me a higher compression ratio? and could it still be run on 93?

Go w/ something like the TFS Stage 2 or a bigger Comp Cam for that big of a motor (until you get it setup and can put in a custom cam). Anything else will be pretty mild...Although mild on that motor wouldn't be bad
