Did you give them they okay to do the tranny or did they just go ahead and do it? Why not just go with a Tremec?

i did, its not there fault they are all VERY good people. i have done alot of work with them and they have treated my cars, my friends, and my familys all very well. i dont have money for a tko or trmek or anything. without a tranny its a pile in my yard so it HAS to be done.

sometimes shops are sneaky...if you don't read the fine print when you sign for repair work. they slip a clause in stating that you give them permission to repair any other parts pertaining to what they are repairing...ie you sign for a cluch...they find the tranny is bad 'cause they had to take it off anyway...they can now repair your tranny...they can be real *****...they will hold your car until you pay as well....

...bet that hole in your tranny was casued by a ball peen hammer.
