You didn't do anything to it recently? I had a violent vibration after I forgot to tighten down my fan on the pulley which ate into my radiator like crazy. (Didn't leak though)

How old are your motor mounts. Bad mounts can cause it to droop real bad on one side, which broke some of the fan tips off on the shroud. This was before the fan got my radiator though.

Basically, check anything that's on the crankshaft line. Balancer, Flywheel, Crank, Driveshaft etc.

Check your fan/shroud/radiator. The motor is torqued up at 3k, which could be evening out the slop of a bad motor mount.

If it was balancer driveshaft or the sort, it would get worse at higher RPMs.

A vibration and a miss are two different things. Do you know the difference. Did the motor get wet from the car wash?
