Default hard starting

i just bought my mustang a few month back a 1995 gt with 68,000 miles i put in new ford racing wires, autolite plugs, mgd cap and rotor, radiator and a upr cold air intake. my question is when i go to start it it seems to take a lot to get it going, i have to crank it for a few seconds before it catches. i dont know if this is normal or should it be a quick turn and it starts any suggestions would be greatly appreiciated. i am new to working on cars and and learning as i go,

i removed the iac vavle and used butterfly cleaner it seemed to help, it is a little better and will do for now, but i can see possibly replacing later on when money allows...
