Deep Dish bullits on rear of fox
ok, i am planning on using the blue oval industries 5 lug swap-http://blueovalindustries.bluekeyinc.com/products.php?pid=99012043
and i would like to put the deep dish anthricite bullit wheels on the rear and the regular 17x8s on the front. i am wondering if i will have any problems with the 10.5" wide rears? also what tire size would be best? the car has new ford racing "C" springs on it.
thanks guys

Using that kit, you're going to have to make some modifications to fit the bullits on the front and you're really gonna have a hell of a time putting 10.5's on the rear!!!!

Here's some reading for ya https://mustangforums.com/m_2840882/tm.htm
I ran bullits w/ the kit you are looking at. Like I said, there are some things you have to modify for them to work. Not that big a deal though.
This is what's needed. all for the front to work.
3/8" spacer
Shouldered lug nuts that reach into the wheel. (to grab extra thread on the studs)
You have to beat the dust cap flat
You have to hollow out the middle of the center cap of the wheel to clear the dust cap.
That's it. I ran mine for 3.5 years w/ NO issues at all. Def the cheaper way to go.
17x9's in the rear, 17x8's in the front.

it looks like theres no problem with the 10.5 rims on the rear of 88droptop's car. and i think he even has a 1/2 inch spacer on the rear too he had problems in the rear because of his coilover setup. I was also going to go in the same route as you 1bad87. 17x8 in the front and 17 x 10.5 in the rear with a 275 tire. i;m pretty sure it should fit . ill just have to cut the inner lip of the fenders and ditch the quadshocks.
