i no this from experience. b4 u start to do any heavy duty mods like p+p and a cam, no matter what the size, get a conversion kit, ur car will not run rite with out it. u can do whatever kind of tune on it u want but the computer is set on a certain amount of airflow and a certain amount of gas that goes in the motor

there is alittle bit of play in a SD computer. i can handle up to like 290 hp. there is also a way to make the comptuer reconfigure. yes MAF is the way but for now cleaning up the heads shouldnt be a problem. now a cam may affect things. Actually a SD runs better and more effeicent when TUNED~~. also stock for stock they will beat a maf car.
i was going to run a budget c&l 73 maf, budget cobra intake, budget e cam and cleaned up heads
now just might clean up and shave my stockers, probably the e cam and clean up hte stock intake. keep this SD if i can. with this set up i should be low 13s. also may do a 75 shot get me in the 12s with ease
