your car doesnt need anything to be registered.... It DOES however have to be registered to be inspected....

Do y ou need the air silencr on when you get the car inspected by the dmv?

i live in CA, and they dont even inspect the car when you register it. when i registered my stang, my dad drove me to the dmv in his car. same thing when i registered my f-250 i used to have. it had no smog equipment and sat on 44" tires. had no business on the street but they registered it without even looking.

in ga all u need is insurance unless u live in a highly populated are like metro atl and not all cities have to do testing because the air is fairly clean
