Default speedo gear
when i got my gears installed and my speedo gear is it possible im leaking tranny fluid from the speedo gear if not installed correctly?

because im leaking tranny fluid bad from the front of the tranny and i dont know who to blame it on the people who did my clutch last month or the people who did my gears last week

Well the speedo gear is located at the rear of the tranny. Have you gotten under there to actually confirm the location?

so the speedo gear is by where the drive shaft meets the tranny?

because its leaking where the shield is on the front of the tranny kind of by the oil pan in a way, but ive confirmed it is tranny fluid

Yes, I have never seen it leak from there. You sure it's not oil.

Are you sure it's not oil. Looks like the rear main to me. And that is a common problem on these cars.
