Default rear lowering springs

any can help me with some what detailed instructions on istalling myy rear lowering springs ......greatly appreaciated

lift the rear end by the axle, place the body on jackstands, unbolt the shocks from the body, lower the rear axle.

pull otu the springs, install new springs...

jack rear end back up into the car, bolt shocks in, lift car, remove jackstands..... done

takes about a half hour

are you sure its ok to install lowering springs in just the rear and not the front?
