I disagree, my friend's SS ran 14.0 @ 101.8 in the 1/4, if he's a good driver i think even with your gears he has a chance...

4.10s are ok on the highway, I have 3.90s and I like them but I want some 4.30s

so what would be a guarentee win for me, minus like nos or a supercharger, what would i need for sure to grab a win, and no slicks.

I drive on the highway everyday... I have 3.55's with a 255/40/17 tire and do 80MPH at 2.5K... I think 4.10's are a bit much for the daily highway driver...

Never mind, I just saw that you have an auto...

yea its an ss supercharged, im gonna throw in some 373s or 4.10s, i do alot of highway driving, would 4.10s not be good for me?

o, well I thought there was like a specific cobalt you were going to race, you said it had an exhaust.

Hey guys, ive got an AUTOMATIC 1991 mustang gt, with hpipe, magnapack mufflers, and underdrive pullies, im PRETTY sure the rest is stock. What will i need to beat a cobalt from a dig/roll, what is my best chance, etc.

I do know the cobalt has exhaust, other then that i believe its stock.
those 2"73 gears are KILLING YOU,

get some 3:73's and traction.
