i thought that was the air charge temp sensor? or is that in sd cars only pro?

I am referring to the hole just behind the thermostat (passenger side) of the lower intake manifold. A sensor goesthere which I am not sure,which has the same connector as the coolant temp sensor that is goes on the black heater hose. I haveexactly 2 coolant temp sensor connectors. They are both 2 wire. Is there a coolant temp sensor, one before the thermostat and one after?

i know where my air temp sensor is. it is on the driver's side of the lower intake manifold behind the coolant temp gauge sender.

The ACT has a very similar plug as the ECT, but they should be reversed so that the ACT harness could not be plugged into the ECT, and vice versa. IIRC

Does the plug in question go into the intake runner or a coolat passage?

Ok since there is so much confusion, here is the temp gauge sensor


Directly behind it is the ACT


And this is the ECT


Hope this clears up any confusion.

pro50sc, thanks for the pictures. It helps clear things up. But, on the last picture, that one harnessthat lies in front and below the coolant temp sensor, where does that lead to?
