MAF Parts Needed
Sorry, I know you guys get this one all the time but I'm just about to run to the junkyard pretty soon here and I need to know what to get. As some of you know, I now have my '88 GT. I need to convert it to Mass Air. Right now it has an E303 cam from the previous owner and doesn't run right. It also has a BBK 75mm throttle body. I just need to know what I can get from the junkyard and what I'll need to buy elsewhere. Thanks.

hey man i did a search on this site, i am doing the conversion myself, i read that a simple and cheap way to do it is get your maf, order a wiring harness from the listed website, and go to autozone and get a computer for a 89-92 lx or gt. simple as swaping the speed density box with the newer engine computer.

A 70mm is definetly better suited than a 75mm on a basically stock motor. A 65mm would be a little better BUT I wouldnt waste my time swapping it. Also, any reason for running 24lb injectors? The stock 19lb/hr are WAY MORE than enough for what you have right now. Just a little FYI.
