about the centerforce dual friction clutch... a buddy of mine has some kind of clutch in his stang (not exactly sure bc it was in it when he bought it) but the guy he bought it from just said it was a stage 2 clutch, and i drove his car and his pedal engages the clutch right off of the floor and it feelsreally nice... was wondering if it is the clutch itself that makes it come right off of the floor like that or if his clutch pedal is just adjusted to release right there... also, they claim reduced pedal effort bc my buddies is a lot less stiff than my stock one, is it true for all of them? thanks

pedal engaugement is determaned (sp) by the way the clutch is adjusted mine engauges 2 inches from the top of the pedal, i have (well had) a LMC cener force on an exhaust and CAI carwith was way over kill but i beat the **** out of my clutch, i killed a king cobra clutch in about 3000 miles and the CF was in for 15000 miles or so and i took it off yesterday to inspect everything (since the motor is out) and it looks like it has maybe a few hundred miles on it... my vote goes to CF.. o yea my clutch is rated to 500+ ft/ lbs. at the wheels and is very streetable my car was my DD
