I love the Stage 1 cam. I have the AFR 165's, the TFS stage 1 cam and an Edelbrock Performer intake and it makes great power (especially torque) and drives great. Before I got it tuned the lope was ridiculous; I was almost regretting putting that cam in my daily driver but after the tune it idles much smoother, but still has a nice lope/chopiness to it. Here is a clip of it before the tune, right after I got it started for the first time...it was split into 2 though I dont know why. As you can tell it didnt like to find idle right away after stopping or revving it up before the tune, even with an A9L. I think people who say they have perfect driveability out of a HCI combo without a tune is only kidding themselves...mine ran like crap before and like a cha,p afterwards!

and it takes the computer a while to adjust to the extra airflow of a H/C/I swap.
mine took a couple weeks to adjust and now its good.
a tune isnt NEEDED for a H/C/I swap unless it has an outrageously large cam.

that was badazz !!!!!!!!! but those were fox cars I was looking for a sn95 idle??i heard the cam swap really screws it up????
I guess I need to get off my lazy tail and finish it and a say 3 hail mary's and start it.
