Default fuel injectors are done!!

Well guys I installed my injectors. I had a one major problem which was the two bolts that hold the throttle bracket to the upper manifold BOTH SNAPPED OFF!!![:@][:@] Any suggestions on how to get them out? If I drill the middle of the bolts out and then use an easy out that should work right?? Any help is appreciated

if your talking about the throttle linkage bolts that come off the EGR plate than you should indeed drill them out. there is enough material around the bolts that you can drill them out and bolt the linkage via bolts and nuts (no need to tap and remove more material). also if you could do me a favor dude and tell me what kind of bolts those are, because i dropped one in the grass and my linkage is held on with only one and i cant tell what kinda bolts they are lol... thanks hope it helps.

You dont have to put 100ft/lbs of torque on everything, try an easy out

I'm not sure if you understood what happened but the bolts snapped while I was trying to take them OUT-- not when I was putting them in. I know that all bolts have to be torqued down to a certain ft/lbs. .By the wayDbeck002 the bolts were 3/8" with course threads but I'm talking about the bolts that go in the side of the upper manifold planium that holds the bracket for the throttle cable.

i know exactly what your talking about, just work with the drill for a little while and you might bet lucky , if you mess the threads up, a tap and die set might be useful if you got one
