motor help
ok, im about to buy a 93 4 cyl. lx, since the heads for the 302 fit the 351wim guessing that the headers will bolt up the same(i have the 351),let me know i im wrong, and i was wondering will the t5 still fit the 351, and last will the cams and intakes for the 302 fit the 351.
The headers will bolt up to the heads, but won't fit in a mustang. You need "351 swap" headers. The t5 will bolt up with a different bellhousing, but won't take much more than an extremely mildly built 351. Upper intake will fit, lower will not. The cam *will* work in the 351, but a stock cam is way too mild for that engine.

youll need a 351 swap oilpan as well.
if you are starting from having nothing, build the 351, it will be about the same price but youll get more power and the 351 blocks are a little stronger.
and why would you put a set of 302 heads on a 351, since the 351 heads have bigger valves and flow a little better, about the same as gt-40 heads.
