valley girdle doesnt do anything. your lower intake manifold does a better job holding the top of the motor together then a valley girdle will

do they help at all? like any added security? i know on one of the websites they had a 302 stay together till 9k. i have always just been curious about it

420-450 at the wheels will get you to the tens IF the car remains on a diet.

girdles keep ur rods and and valve train in nice lttle pile when the motor lets go
