engine block codes? anyone know what eose-a2e means?
the closest i can firgure out is theres supposed to be a stamp on the block where the starter bolts but theres not, its on the other side of the block and it reads e0se- a2e and so far i have found that E=80 of the decade and 0 is the exact year and S= tunderbird but this motor came out of a 1980 giah mustang. funny it would have a tbird motor of the same year! so i know mustangs didnt come with a 5.0 in 80 so i wonder if tbirds did and is this a 4.2l or a 5.0??? someone help me here
